What Hushline is

Hushline turns a story or a one-line premise that you give us into a short vertical video. Every video is made with AI: the story (unless you wrote it), the narration voice, the pictures and the video clips are all generated. We say so on the site and we ask you to say so when you post.

You own your videos

You own the videos you make with Hushline and may use them commercially, including on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. If you paste your own story, it stays yours. You are responsible for following each platform's rules, including any label for AI-made content. AI output can be wrong or surprising, and we cannot promise that a video is free of anyone else's rights, so watch it before you post it.

What you may not make

• Nothing that uses a real person's likeness, name or voice, or targets a real private person.
• Nothing illegal, and nothing hateful or sexual involving minors.
• Nothing meant to deceive people, such as fiction presented as real news or a real event.

We can refuse a request, or remove a video, that breaks these rules. If we do that for a serious breach, we may close the account.

Credits and refunds

You buy credits in packs, paid up front: 5 videos for $29, 15 for $69 or 40 for $149. One credit makes one video. A credit is returned to you if we fail to make the video. Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase if you email us. Credits that have already made a video are not refunded. There is no subscription and no unlimited plan.

The service itself

Hushline depends on other companies' AI and cloud services to make videos. If one of them is down, slow or changes, your video may be delayed or fail, and we may have to change how the service works. We try to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available.

Limits on our liability

The service is provided as it is, during an early period. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything that goes wrong is limited to the amount you paid us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State], and disputes will be handled in the courts there.
